Discourse may be published by computer scientists or you may say computer engineers through the Internet Society in shape of a Request for Comments or you may say RFC either for simply to get a peer review or to convey new information, engineering humor or concepts. Some of the received proposals are adopted by Internet Engineering Task Force as internet standards’ RFCs.
The inception of this in-discussion concept or you may say framework had been occurred back in year 1969 as part of a project which was named as ARPANET project. But today Request for Comments or you may say RFC is known as an official channel of publication for the IETF also known as Internet Engineering Task Force as well as for the Internet Architecture Board or you may say IAB.
First typewrote of Request for Comments or you may say RFC was written as well as circulated or distributed in shape of hard copies among the researchers of an organization known as ARPA. Questions are normally left open in RFC and it is normally written in a style known as less formal style. This style has today become the typical document of Internet Draft for the purpose.
