From one xterm run "su oracle-user" then run "export DISPLAY=localhost:0.0"
From another xterm run: "xhost +" and then from the first xterm run the installer.
$ xhost + # this allows any host to connect to the local X11 session

Should check the permissions on the libraries for JasperReport. If you are using apache-tomcat, checked for the folder "apache-tomcat/lib"Deben chequear los permisos de las librerÃas para el JasperReport. Si estan usando apache-tomcat, chequeen la carpeta "apache-tomcat/lib"
